Are you tired of arranging runes and potion backpacks for hours before heading out on a hunting session? We have an idea on how this could be solved so that you can spend your precious time with real hunting instead of packing your stuff.
With this year's summer update we would like to make potions and runes stackable so that you can place up to 100 of each in one single slot in your backpack. Thus, you would gain plenty of room in your backpacks that you can use for other stuff. The weight of runes and potions would be increased a bit so that the capacity occupied by a stack with 100 potions, for example, would not be any different to the capacity you now need to carry 100 potions in backpacks. Furthermore, runes would not be chargeable anymore since you would be able to neatly place them in a stack.
Do you want to find out more about the idea we have in mind? Then check out the new developer note on the discussion board and tell us what you think about our concept. Please carefully read the short summary of our idea before you start posting there.

Runes and Potions
Recently, we started a developer note on our discussion board asking for your opinion about our plans to make potions and runes stackable with the summer update. We received lots of feedback there which we evaluated carefully. It resulted in a couple of adjustments and helped us to finalise the concept.
Are you interested in reading about the results? Then check out the details in the starting post of our newly created player discussions thread "Runes and Potions". There, you exchange opinions and thoughts on the adjustments with other players and leave feedback on the topic.

Content Fixes
Some content fixes were implemented with yesterday's server save, for example:
A staircase was added at the Yalahar cathedral to offer an alternate exit to the nightmare garden.
The corpse of the dead fire overlord was changed into elemental ashes so it can also be used to summon the fire overlord during the Elemental Spheres quest.
An alternate ladder for access to Ab'Dendriel tree houses was added and a tree branch was removed to prevent blocking of this area.
A rope spot in Edron Dragon Lair was changed to mountain ramps to prevent roping of the dragon lord.
It is no longer possible to use costume bags from the costume event while a character is in invisible state.
A deadend in the Treasure Hunt quest was fixed so players can no longer get stuck by using a firebug on the "Old piece of paper" again.
Players who are not able to unwrap furniture parcels anymore just have to go in and out of the water or use a portal of citizenship in a temple to fix this problem.
Also, today's client patch removed the Ctrl+Enter shortcut to open the report dialogue box. Please note that you can still use the shortcut Ctrl+J to report an illegal character name. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all players who gave us feedback concerning this issue.
If you want to discuss the latest changes with other players, leave your comments in the thread Player Discussions: Content Fixes.
Enjoy!

Further Reporting Options
The second upgrade of our rule enforcement system is almost done. Since this year's spring patch, all players are already able to report offensive names directly to our customer support team. In the course of the following week, we will release an additional client patch which further extends the players' possibilities to report ingame offenses.
Botting Reports
If you suspect another player of using unofficial software to play, you will be able to report this player to us. All incoming reports will be processed and then analysed. The evaluated data will be used internally for our anti-cheating measures.
Rest assured that bot reports cannot be abused by players. Reported characters and their accounts will not be excluded from the game due to any unfounded accusations. Only if there is sufficient proof for illegal activities, appropriate measures will be taken.
Public Statement Reports
In addition to name reports, players will be able to report illegal statements from the public chat channels. This will allow an easier and more straightforward reporting of inappropriate chat behaviour to the customer support team. However, public statements shall only be reported if they are clearly illegal. Please understand that reports of minor offenses might be rejected.
Note that until further notice, statements in party channels, guild channels, private chat channels and the default channel as well as private messages remain unaffected and still cannot be reported.
In order to make a bot report, public statement report or a name report, open the context menu by right-clicking either on a character or a statement and choose "Report Offense". The current regulations to avoid the spamming of reports remain. Further details can be found in the FAQ as soon as the client patch is released.
